Sarah Klemuk, Au.D.

Audiologist

Sarah Klemuk grew up in Cedar Falls, IA, earning undergraduate degrees at the University of Northern Iowa in Music and Elementary Education (1989) and at the University of Iowa in Physics (2000). She went on to earn her PhD in Speech and Hearing Science with emphasis in laryngeal physiology (2007) and a Doctorate of Audiology (2018), both from the University of Iowa. She has worked as a church musician, elementary education teacher, and as a research scientist.

During the fourth year of her Audiology Doctorate program, Dr. Klemuk was accepted into the Iowa Leadership Education and Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities Project (ILEND), where she provided audiology care to patients and families of all ages at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and at the Center for Disabilities and Development.

Dr. Klemuk is thrilled to have joined the team at ENT Medical Services in July of 2018, providing hearing evaluations, vestibular/balance evaluations, and providing hearing aid and osseointegrated processor services to patients.

Dr. Klemuk along with her husband, Jeremy, and their two sons are long-time residents of Iowa City. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing the piano, and gardening. In addition, Dr. Klemuk and her dog, Lacey, enjoy volunteering around the community as a registered Pet Partners Team and member of Therapy Dogs of Johnson County.
